In Christ's Presence
So often we struggle to find an experience of Christ's presence in the world. In the new Michaelic Age of Christianity we will explore the remarkable reality of His Presence in our Sacrament. We will look at its foundation, its spatial aspects, its relationship to the Mass of the Roman Catholic stream, and incline our thoughts to the cosmic language from which the angels speak to us.
The Mystery of Mary
Mary as the mother of our Lord, goes beyond our understanding of an historical and biographical figure. We will look at the veneration of Mary through the ages. The mystery of Mary lights up through the known 'Mothers' of Eve, of Isis, and in the wisdom of the human being known as Sophia.
Cafe Iona Conversations:
During the year we will hear from members, friends and seekers of the spirit who bring some thoughts into a conversational gathering after the services.
Music of the festivals:
Melissa Kay will begin conversation on the new music for the festivals; lyrics written by her; music composed by Robin Dagg Elliot
Living in picture consciousness:
Looking at the way outer sense perceptible objects can be raised up to picture consciousness for our age.
